Jonny fairplay is done, after 15 hours and 40 minutes of this he gets off of his podium and realizes that he has 16 hours and 40 minutes of total time with puzzles and wonders if anyone is that fucking insane to beat that time.
He did his best after all in his own mind, could he have pushed himself even farther? Another hour or two? Probably if he needed to, could it come back and haunt him? Yea. We'll see though.
Since this is the fairplay's last challenge I guess one more piece of insight into the mind of fairplay.
The movie is titled whiplash and this scene has had an impact on me since I watched it the first time around. I always hated being praised because I felt like I never actually done anything. Hell even going into my graduation for my bachelors I'm skipping the ceremony because I feel like I haven't done anything yet. I still have to go through a masters program or take Actuarial tests. None of this shit from these first 4 1/2 years means anything if I can't get into the program I want. When I'm told that I should feel proud of something even as big as something like coming in 2nd at a national tournament. I don't feel good about it. I can be told "Good Job" but the word already doesn't have meaning to me if I want to be the best.
I'm rambling again and I'm sorry, doing nothing but this for that amount of time plus sleep deprivation is getting to me. I guess my problem is I don't know how to vent about this shit and typing it at the end of a 16 page board seems like a good idea. \0/
