Yoyoyo, I'm back from filming. Being the sound recorder, mixer, and boom op on a shoot that also has 0 grips and a location scout who had us film 6 miles from an airport was a bitch, but we had a kickass crew and some amazing crafty. Seriously, good food is the most important part of a film set.
In terms of game stuff, Dolly went home which makes sense, given that she had a penalty vote and is kind of stupid. She was such an easy target, and I was bummed we didn't focus on someone like her or Danielle or Lindsey, and instead voted JFP. It didn't pan out too well, and I think I'm in the minority. I don't really know, to be honest. I'm just hanging out and I'll just try and pilot myself through this game. Being removed by a few days and having Dave die, Sean vote out Greg, Erik target JFP, and Steph vote against me on this vote really sets me up in a position to solo this out. I like all of those people, and I still trust them, but I just feel like playing for myself and not my alliance which was my original goal. I'm hoping that I can chalk up voting minority to the others as just my general inactivity and JFP being the only name I heard the whole round (which was true). I also made jury, which was my original goal, so yaaaaaay. I'd like to make it beyond 7th, given that my highest finishes (5th and 6th) were in a BB and a hybrid game, respectively. If not, oh well, but it's a nice little goal I can set for myself after hitting the first one. The one downside is your pre-merge reputation always gets carried over to the merge, and is often magnified when you hit merge. Someone probably thinks I'm this big social threat or something, even though I talk to 5 or 6 people semi-regularly. Oh well. Here goes nothing.
