I thought about this a lot. I get that Malcolm played the better strategic game, but I didn't really have a huge relationship with him, aside from a few good talks here and there. So coming into this, I felt like FTC could determine a lot. For a while there Danielle was leading in that regard, and even though she probably won't win, I didn't want that to affect my personal vote. So I gave Malcolm a chance to fight for it. Considering that he ultimately seemed to wake up this FTC, considering that I did have my talks with him than Danielle (even if I think to an extent he was phoning it in), considering his final challenge performance, and considering that he's a nice enough guy....  Danielle, you played a good game. Don't beat yourself up about this. You have a fighting spirit, but accounting for everything, Malcolm has earned my vote. Also, people trying to talk me INTO voting Malcolm almost made me not vote you dude, cause I'm a contrarian like that. Good job guys, good game. |
